Late Delivery: FlowersandFreshness.com is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including incorrect addresses, closed businesses, substitutions, or delays caused by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or weather conditions. Delivery Times: Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays; by noon or 4:30 p.m. in remote areas. |

Providing exceptional flowers and gifts and superior customer service is important to all of us at FlowersnFreshness.com. If you're not completely satisfied with your flowers, we'll redeliver, refund, credit or offer a comparable replacement if the original product is not available.

AND call to 1 305 686 9110. Claims should be reported to FlowersnFreshness.com immediately or not later than 24 hours after receiving the package and signing the delivery note. We request Signature Required delivery, digital pictures of all the product, box and/or return of the product in original box to physical inspection. Request a Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with a flower box for any reason, the customer must return the product in its original box via DHL or FedEx on the same day or the day after delivery. The package should be handed to the postal carrier or taken to the nearest DHL or FedEx location. FlowersandFreshness.com will cover the return shipping cost. A credit will only be issued if the claim is made within 24 hours of delivery, and all original contents are included in the return. Request a Partial Credit: Partial credit applies only to specific bunches or stems. FlowersandFreshness.com requires photos of all flowers or stems with quality issues, as well as a photo of the original box. Please send these photos to info@flowersnfreshness.com. Approved claims will be credited back to the original payment method on the last Friday of the month following the submission of the complaint. Please note:

All cancellations made after placing the order will incur a 15% processing fee. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted within 7 business days prior to the original delivery date. There are no exceptions at FlowersandFreshness.com. |
