Delivery All flowers are shipped directly from our farms in South America, Ecuador,  through FedEx Priority Overnight.
Late Delivery: FlowersandFreshness.com is not responsible for some reason beyond of our control : wrong address, business closed, substitutions, FedEx or UPS delays and weather.
Delivery Times:Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most US addresses; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays; by noon or 4:30 p.m. in remote areas.

Credit & Refund Providing exceptional flowers and gifts and superior customer service is important to all of us at FlowersandFreshness.com. If you're not completely satisfied with your flowers, we'll redeliver, refund, credit or offer a comparable replacement if the original product is not available.
Please immediately Email us with digital pictures to support@flowersandfreshness.com AND call to 1 954 376 5061.
Claims should be reported to FlowersandFreshness.com immediately or not later than 24 hours after receiving the package and signing the delivery note.

We request Signature Required delivery, digital pictures of all the product, box and/or return of the product in original box to physical inspection.

Request a Total Refund:
If, you are not satisfied with one of the flower boxes for any reason, the customer should return the product in original box via FedEx the same day or next day of arrival. The customer should then give the package to its postal carrier or bring it to the nearest FedEx. FlowersandFreshness.com will pay the freight. FlowersandFreshness.com will only consider a credit when the claim is made on the same day to 24 hours of arrival and all original contents must be included with your return.
Request a Partial Credit:
The Partial Credit will be only of SOME bunches or stems. FlowersandFreshness.com requires pictures of all the flowers/stems with quality problems more picture of the original box, please send these pictures to E.mail: support@flowersandfreshness.com

Approved claims will be credited back to the charged card the last Friday of the month after complain is setted.
The flowers are a product nature and could change the tone for the season.
We are not responsible if you mishandle the flowers or if you have chosen the "No signature required" delivery method.

Care Instructions are sent out of courtesy but it is the customer responsibility to know how to handle the flowers.

Cancellations All Cancellations after of placing the order will have 15% processing fee.
No Refunds or Cancellations will be accepted 7 business days before original delivery date.
There are not exceptions to FlowersandFreshness


Substitution Policy
If in the rare event of  bad  weather conditions  the availability of  exact variety can be affected, In this case, we may substitute with a similar or greater value to your original order. We will inform you via telephone, SMS or E.mail.
