All flowers are shipped directly from our farms in Ecuador to you via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority Overnight – Door-to-Door Service.
FlowersandFreshness.com ensures that you receive fresh-cut flowers within 48–72 hours of harvest, under strict temperature control, right at your doorstep.
Unlike traditional wholesalers or florists, we don’t keep flowers in a warehouse for 8–12 days.
For weddings, we recommend scheduling deliveries at least 3 days before the event.
You will receive your DHL / UPS / FedEx tracking number one day prior to the delivery date.
Orders can be placed up to 120 days in advance (pre-booking).

You can place your order no later than 5 days before the delivery date.
From our farms in Ecuador to your door, flowers arrive within 48–72 hours, always under strict temperature control.

VERY IMPORTANT!
If your order is scheduled for delivery on Friday and your event is on Saturday, this is at your own discretion and risk.
If farm production is low, delivery may be delayed by one day.

• Orders placed before 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) will be processed as if placed the previous day.
• We deliver every day except Sundays, Mondays, and major holidays.
• Deliveries are available to all destinations within the United States where DHL Priority Overnight service is offered. Deliveries are not available to Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, or Hawaii.
• DHL / FedEx Priority Overnight® Delivery Times: Overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays; by noon or 4:30 p.m. in remote areas.
