We recommend deliveries of flowers to be scheduled at least 2 to 3 days before to the event.

Claims

  1. Claim should be reported to FlowersandFreshness.com immediately or not later than 48 hours after receipt of goods and signing of the delivery note.  Claims must be reported by telephone, E.mail or Live Chat.

  2. Make sure you are there to sign and receive the order. If a signsture waiver is used, credit might be voided. All orders must be signed when received.
  3. Credit Total:
  • If, you are not satisfied with a box of flowers for any reason, the customer should return the product via FedEx the same day of arrival.
    After of the verification the quantity of stems returned, we will make credit your account 100% or offer a 100% refund.
  • FlowersandFreshness.com will only consider a credit when the claim is made on the same day of arrival and all original contents must be included with your return.
    The customer will not pay the shipping of the returned product. We pickp the product via FedEx.
    Upon inspection of the returned box we will decide if our quality is up to your standards for future shipments.
  • FlowersandFreshness.com may require a physical inspection before approving a claim. In this case we will contact you within 24 hours of the complaint. All products being inspected must remain in its original box. If the product in question is not available for inspection the claim cannot be accepted.
  1. Credit Parcial:
  • The credit parcial will be of bunches or stems with problem of quality.
  • FlowersandFreshness.com require digital photos of the flowers with claim in its original box and send to E.mail: sales@flowersandfreshness.com
  • Claims should contain date and time of delivery, box number from the bar code sticker, order number, number of stems or bunches claimed, description of defects.
  1. In case of missing product, you must notify us within 4 hours  of product arrival.
  2. After approval of the claim, FlowersandFreshness.com will issue a claim approval email to the customer.
  3. Approved claims will be credited back to the charge card the last Friday of the month after complain is setted.
  4. FlowersandFreshness.com is not responsible by delays beyond our control, such as at airlines, FedEx.
  5. We are not responsible if you mishandle the flowers. Care Intructions are sent out of courtesy but it is the customer responsibility to know how to handle the flowers.

Cancellations

* Orders to be delivered during the Valentine's Day holiday and Mother's Day holiday cannot be canceled.*
Cancellations charge will not apply if order is rescheduled, at least 4 busniness day before the initial day of delivery.
There is a 30% charge for all or any cancellations after an order has been processed online.
No refunds or cancellations will not be accepted 4 business day before original delivery date. There are not exceptions to FlowersandFreshness.com

Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, any type of changes must  be submitted in writing via E.mail sales@flowersandfreshness.com No changes will be accepted verbally. 

Shipping Selection and Address Correction

All flowers are shipped directly from our farms in Ecuador for you,  through FedEx Priority Door to Door Service.

Please provide a correct delivery address. Any address correction done by FEDEX due to not providing the correct address, are subject to a $10 fee. This is charged to us by FEDEX.

Substitution Policy
We make every effort to provide the exact flower of your order. If in the rare event of  bad  weather conditions  the availability of  exact variety can be affected, In this case we may substitute with other similar variety and color or for other length of stem.
